This year, Navajo Santa selected Aneth Community School for our “Navajo Santa Goes to School” program. With the generous support of the George S. and Dolores Dore Eccles Foundation, Wasatch Containers, and the Ken Garff Automotive Group, Navajo Santa provided back-to-school supplies to Aneth Community School on the Navajo Nation. As in years past Navajo Santa gathered notebooks, pens, pencils, crayons, scissors, organizing materials, backpacks and custom school mascot sweatshirts to be delivered to each student. Navajo Santa also made a donation to Aneth Community School to help provide tight education budgets a little relief.

Delivering directly to the students is always a highlight of our year, however due to the high COVID-19 infection rates Navajo Santa decided to forgo our visit and shipped the back-to-school supplies directly to the school.

Big thanks to Kaycee Skypek for spearheading the Ken Garff initiative and the Dahl family for packing and boxing up the school supplies.

We have delivered the gifts you provided for our students. I am attaching some photos of our students with these gifts. Please understand that our students and families greatly appreciate your efforts and generosity. You are valued members of our village in helping raise our students. THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU DO!
